St Oswald’s Church Mission is to reach out to the Community and beyond with the Christian Gospel, witnessing to God's love through word and action, from an accessible and welcoming centre for prayer, worship, teaching and fellowship.

And so, as well as the weekly services, there is also a range of regular weekday activities within the life of the church, catering for different age-groups. Most of these are during term-time only, unless otherwise stated.

HOUSE GROUPS
These are informal, friendly groups that meet in homes around the parish for bible study, discussion and prayer, weekly or fortnightly, daytime and evening. Housegroups offer a great way to deepen friendship and to become part of the life of both church and community. There are currently four house groups which meet in different parts of the parish, on different days of the week. All groups offer a relaxed get-together and refreshments.

Time Out meets every 2nd Thursday of the month from 2.30pm to 4.00pm. Timeout is an opportunity for elderly citizens in our community to meet together and enjoy an afternoon of fun, entertainment and home-made cake! Click here for more information.
